Medicolegal Services
Dr Sanders has been providing medicolegal services for more than 14 years and is recognised as having considerable experience and knowledge as an expert in pain medicine and anaesthesia.

Dr Sanders works closely with clients in the legal profession to support them with a comprehensive, flexible and personal expert witness service. Many of his instructions relate to complex, persistent pain following accident or injury, often associated with high levels of disability. He also undertakes instructions related to alleged negligence and anaesthetic-related claims.

Dr Sanders has experience of all aspects of the expert witness process and is familiar with the latest Jackson reforms. Whilst attendance at court is unusual, he has been trained in giving oral evidence and has recent experience of doing so at the High Court. He is also experienced at participating in joint expert meetings and in meeting and discussing with counsel. He undertakes instructions from defendant solicitors, claimant solicitors and joint instructions.
